Really cool. :) I like how her hair looks like flower petals in some places, with a little splash of yellow...Though the butterflies do seem a bit out of place. O.o

Far to many seem to forget Fluttershy's mane always makes a heart. sometimes multiple hearts. Good job! Well, good job in a number of ways, but that too...

Don't think her muzzle should be quite that... fuzzy. Think a little tuft of fuzziness in the proper place makes the cuteness grow... this might've gone a bit overboard with it.
I do actually like the bizarre, almost mohawk'd victorian braid thing that's going on with her mane though.
