This is nice, great artwork Heretic, I really like it. Has a Fallout 3 feel landscape wise and the heavy rain effect looks great. Blackjack out in the rain is very nice, reminds me a bit of that Chell in the rain artwork from Portal 2.

Well you pull it off really well. Could possibly be a series of similar images you could try, I think it would look great if you did this with Littlepip or another story's protagonist like Ripple from Guise of Chaos or Dead-shot from New Pegas.
